This customer had 926 square feet of 3/4" maple wood floors for 20+ years in the house, eighteen months ago a different company came in and put finish on their floors. They needed to be redone again because of the products that were used. Customer left over spring break and allowed us to work on their floors in their absence. We sanded the wood down to raw wood and began over.
When they got home she sent the following message to Brent:
"We just returned last night and the floors look wonderful, thank you so much.
Thanks again, anxious to really take a good look in sunshine, but they looked great upon our arrival!"
Then when we received payment for the job she sent another note:
"Thank you So Much! :)"
