Owner and founder of Custom Installations, Brent has more than 20 years of experience in the flooring industry. He takes great pride in his work, continuously striving to exceed customer expectations from start to finish. His specialties include custom tile installation and hardwood floor refinishing. He has studied under three master tile setters, and enjoys staying up to date on the latest techniques, products, and training opportunities.
Kathy Munson

Kathy Munson graduated with a degree in interior design and business in 1983. She is available to assist customers with design and technical applications, often utilizing her skill in 3D drawings. With computer-generated images, Kathy helps clients visualize projects before installation, ensuring that the end result is a perfect fit every time.
Spencer Olson
Spencer Olson started his career in floor covering in 1984 when he went to work for his father-in-law Ralph Lundeen at Lundeen Furniture of Cokato as a floor covering installer.
He went on his own as a floor covering installation sub-contractor in 2014 and began working with several flooring stores in the area with his partner Dennis Dahl.
In February of 2022, he joined the team at Custom Installations as Operations Manager where he puts his nearly 38 years of experience to work measuring, analyzing, estimating, and scheduling various jobs for both new construction and home remodeling projects.
